Friendly, we really almost closing. Things were still good but I just don't like their large coffee cups . They're weak and the lids pop right off and with hot coffee that's not safe View all feedback.

Staff is great; management make me want to vomit. I unintentionally overheard the unbelievably patronizing way the manager lectured an employee (who was doing a fine job) about ?customer connection.? I had to suppress an actual shudder. I just want my coffee. I?m not trying to make a new best friend. I can?t even imagine how awful an environment this must be to work in.
