What Wilton Cole likes about Bistro One Twelve At The Tannery:
Nice new little secret in Santa Cruz. At the old Tannery on River Street. As they say, Decidedly Local Aggressively Seasonal. Had the most deliciously unusual sandwich called the Audubon: on a locally baked baguette, Corrolitos smoked turkey, fig jam, and full cream brie. YUM! View all feedback.
What Shanna Dickinson doesn't like about Bistro One Twelve At The Tannery:
Sorry to say that the bahn mi chicken sandwich I ordered was a complete miss. Served on a dry stale, even sourdough ! bagette, with limp vegetables that tasted more of sourkraut that the sweet, spicey flavors I expected. Overall very dry and unpleasant, without a hint of mayonnaise or Sriracha sauce anywhere about the thing. Hopefully, this was just an off day. View all feedback.
