Sake - Santa Cruz

What Aubrey J likes about Sake:
Drove down the coast from Washington to California and landed in Santa Cruz. Of course I had to stop at a Japanese steak house and it was amazing. The waitress was nice and very easy to talk to. Service was very unprofessional. We asked them to split the check between 3 tables, and they split it 3 ways. This was not what we wanted because some people ordered separate dishes. To me and my party, it felt like it was out of pure laziness. Overtime the service got better as more servers started to give us more attention, it was just the host that we had trouble with.
