Our first time there and we were quite impressed. Starters of French Onion Soup and 1/2 dozen oysters were very good. Duck breast was amazing never seen one so large and tender. New York Strip Steak had us asking 'where do they get their meat ' (somewhere in New Jersey) very tender and tasty. Great quality on the steaks. The NY was a bit dry even though it was cooked to medium rare. Very tender and good texture. Light on the seasoning. However the sauce wasn’t of the same caliber. Too much mustard seed. Very little pepper. Such a nice steak would be better off with a decent amount of salt, pepper and not much else. The six gnocchi were blah.
