"By far our favorite restaurant in Santa Fe. Just looks like a hole in the wall in a strip mall from the outside, but the food is to die for and the service is very friendly. We were tipped to this place by a local and have been back several times since then. I usually like green chile better than red, but I discovered that's because we don't have red chile this good in Colorado. At his advice, we got the carne adovada burrito, smothered in red, with sour cream. It's incredible, but the best is yet to come. Sopaipillas for dessert, topped with the red chile, sour cream and honey. Sounds weird but turns out to be one of the most delicious desserts we've ever experienced. We have to have it every time we're in Santa Fe."

"I'm new to Santa Fe. So when I mentioned how much I love the eggs-and-bacon satellite dish and the mural to a friend, she told me how good the food is. So, we enjoyed a breakfast there on Valentine's Day. Sunrise did not disappoint! Our breakfasts were beyond yum. For dessert, we shared a sopapilla. A perfectly light bread balloon. Best to share one at a time, and then order more, one at a time. Super-friendly service and a refreshingly unglamorous atmosphere. We'll be back soon."
