"We ordered two beers, didn't bring one to the other. Must reorder it. The picture showed 9 of them for almost 20K Pesos, but they told me it was only 3 of them. Then ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees. It took almost an hour to bring it and everything together. The appetizer was steakfries potatoes with bacon and cheddar cheese. They brought it without the bacon and Cheddar. When I asked they brought the bacon. And then we had to ask again about the Cheddar cheese. I asked why the appetizer came with the food. They said they didn't have a kitchen to bring all the ordered foods right away. At least when we asked to share the bill they brought and ice because of all the inconvenience."

"We came for dinner as we were staying in the hotel and were tired so we wanted a bite. We sat for 15 minutes (there were only 2 other tables) before anyone came to give us menus. We sat for another 15 minutes but no one came so we walked into the kitchen to ask the server if she could take our order. When we wanted a second beverage we gave up on waiting so I again walked into the kitchen to order. We asked for hot sauce, it never came so we walked into the kitchen again to ask for the hot sauce. We finished our meal and no one came so we walked into the kitchen again to ask for the bill. Yes this place is supposed to be a sit down restaurant and the prices certainly reflect that. It's the worst service we've had in Colombia and for the prices you are paying it's a shame."
