I made my children celebrate birthdays and that was more perfect place!

We loved everything we ordered. our server was very helpful and good. we arrived 45 minutes early and they gave us a table at the window as desired. we are coming back in a definitiw.

Service needs a overhaul of bartenders to server, along with hostess. fairly deorganized and they go into a late 90s environment that looks like it needs good deep cleansing and updating. they save themselves from being able to. Eating was tasteful and well prepared as the only saving gnade. I'd get out next time, but still overpriced.

They brought the starter and the main meal together? and 10 minutes later the shook could not have been faster. in and out in 25 min. and it was not busy. bad experience.

We love PF Chang’s and so were disappointed by this visit to the Santa Monica location. The service was friendly, but slow and they forgot to bring our drinks. The food wasn’t up to par, which was surprising given the remarkable consistency we’ve experienced at other Chang’s locations. The server mentioned that they had a “ton” of to-go orders (we visited on New Years evening), so we’ll just chock it up to a bad night to eat out.
