If you're looking for very chewy and fluffy pancakes with a wide selection of flavors, Shoop's is for you. Personally, I thought the pancakes were a little too tough to be the best I've had (think the kind of pancakes you make a home where only half the pancake has toppings), but the selection, flavor, and staff were enough for an enjoyable experience View all feedback.
