The Counter - Santa Monica

I love this burger place for its consistent quality, great prices, and endless customization options.

I have been coming here for years. Service is good, food comes out quickly. It 's delicious and fresh. Our favorite is the build your own burger option. And the shakes are soooo good. Highly recommend a shake when coming here. Sometimes, it can be cold in the restaurant. I always make sure to bring a jacket when I go there Parking: There is parking in the back and in the lot underground

Hit this place up for dinner a few times during my Santa Monica stay. I know they’re know for their burgers but I’m a pretty light eater so I can say the salads were big and delicious! The staff is friendly and attentive! A solid choice!

This place is expensive for an order at the counter restaurant. Why? I’ve always wondered. The bison burgers are solid, and very customizable, but to me the expense comes down to:1) Great service2) The included side dishI had Teo as my server at this location and he was on point he got anything I asked for, and thoughtfully followed up several times (spaced out nicely). I also heard him ask his team members multiple times over an hour if there was anything he could do for them. Nice job, Teo!

Went to get a burger and found out they have root beer floats! Mr Edwin hooked up the float to perfection. Very friendly staff. They were all smiling...I noticed. Thanks again Edwin, I'll be back for burger, onion rings, and root beer!!
