"So thankful for the team at Kahve Cream!!! They have managed a line out of the door with ease each and every time we?ve visited over our trip. My mom took a bite of her ice cream and didn?t care for it, and didn?t even make a big deal about it butthe cashier was quick to ask if she didn?t like it and immediately gave her another sample and cone! So thoughtful."

"Greeted poorly by staff at door. No smiles .First impression was negative. Getting food was prolonged. Waiter was good; did best with what he had. Crab cake was good. Beet salad not what I expected compare with Edward's at Rosemary) . Tasted like canned beets. Menu prices have increased . Overall we were disappointed. Used to be a place you could count on, not by last visit on 1/17/2019."

"We evacuated to Seaside during Ida and while we always loved Great Southern Cafe, it seemed especially welcome this trip! If you ever notice that the people who work locally, you will find there after their shift, which always speaks well from a bar or café! The owner of this place is just one of the nicest men and he also owns the Sushi restaurant nearby, which I also recommend!! So back to the Great South, I would like to say I tried everything, but I can never come by the grouper!! It is the best black, fried, grilled, no matter what it is wonderful. Ask for the Crab above and it will die for!!! The pages are the hardest decisison and you will probably not be able to eat it when you order an appetizer, but go ahead and do it anyway!!! My husband loves the raw oysters and we are wine drinkers so that the wine list is always sufficient and actually more than sufficient for seafood... The service is great and the atmosphere outside is safe and wonderful. This is the gold standard and a must do when you go to 30A somewhere near 30A! We go back in a few weeks and I can't wait to go back the Great South!!! Come from the land of food NOLA, which is a compliment!!!"

"Hands down the best meal we had while on vacation! The shrimp and crawfish pasta was phenomenal. Finished off the meal with the bread pudding. We couldn’t believe how incredible our experience was from start to finish. It was a really cool atmosphere. Highly recommend! You won’t regret it!"
