"Great place wonderful food Homemade garlic bread from the “grand old man” of the owner of the restaurant best in town. We also had a glass of sangria de Dora I highly recommend this restaurant. If you go there from Funchal Center the taxi ride amounts to approximately Euros minutes) or walking distance approximately one hour.En restaurant som anbefales af en meget tilfreds dansker."

"We arrived without reservation and they gave us table dispite seeming like they are overbooked. View is amazing, food was delicious, they do have vegan food and dessert!!! The waiter was super friendly and welcoming. They also have winery, possibly accommodation? (Not sure) but would for sure recommend in case you are going to be in the area. Would give them a call to make sure you have the table just in case."

"We were staying close by and found this place to eat. It is great because it is not crowded. We ate here 3 times. We just kept coming back because we knew we can get some good food here. They have some delicious sandwiches and fries, wide selection of desserts (traditional passionfruit pudding). Both scabbard fish with banana and lamb were delicious. We’ve also tried pimpinela vegetable for the first time here. They offer an authentic place and food worth visiting! They also have a beautiful garden. Service is also very good and friendly. You can tell that this is probably a family restaurant or something like that. They put a lot of effort into your food and make you feel welcome."
