What Lynn Taiwan doesn't like about Arrabal 11:
I had my breakfast in this bar, followed the advice from the hotel. The decoration is decent, the tortilla con churos is correct...but, the bar man is cold, not as warm as other part of Spain. Under economics crisis at the moment...we wonder why no efforts towards tourists. Maybe due to the weather, here people are as cold as north of Europe. In Bilbao, people seem nicer.
