What a horrible experience. Had bed bugs. And the owner Paola was extremely unhelpful and they blamed me. She pretends to be nice but she’s fake. Maybe since COVID, they have been slower and let go of sanitary conditions. Do yourself a favor and check out a different hostel or hotel. I stayed in April 2021. Other guests were having various issues as well from no hot water to dirty sheets. read more.
