What User likes about Monumental:
Clean location for the area. We felt safe. Surprisingly it was not loud in the rooms, considering that the balcony was open n the parties were like there. The place was 35, but I got it for 25 by hotels. I'd pay 35 if I had to. View all feedback.

The location of the hotel is really good but that's the only think that's good with the hotel. They didn't speak English at all, there was no warm water and a lots of times we had no electricity. It was not really dirty but it was not clean nether The breakfast is just one toast and a glass of juice. View all feedback.
