Use the app!!! No waiting in the drive thru, can get all dark meat if you want without repulsion of drive thru, because they do not have enough dark meat and you just go, grab you order and go. Definitely makes kfc experience less painful. View all feedback.

what is the point of having fried chicken and always being out of dark meat or extra crispy? I was here several times and could only get the huh I wanted. The tenders were a bit inconsistent in how they felt. Some were crispier than others. Other than that, it tasted good and arrived quickly
