"Excellent food, service and ambiance. The most authentic southern Italian food I have tasted in the Sarasota area. I have lived here 18 years and I am Italian American. "Ice is really good, but as deals promote person and a regular local customer I am very disappointed about how to be Orange Octopus. Used to be the best ice cream in town for an affordable price for many locals. Later they increased prices and reduced the sizes. Before being sold as a shovel and depending on the type of cone, maybe a $1 would increase that was considered fair. And it was $3.95. Now you pay for a small, medium and large size. And a kid isn't even a bitch! I have speechless and sad cause that we loved the place, and now we go somewhere else. Image is the actual size of the small ice for $5.30 . I felt like I got a puppy for my dog at a high price!! LOL. It's a NONO!!"

"Delicious food and great service. Difficult to eat outside because of the flies, but we were offered an indoor seat. A nice fan might alleviate fly that problem. The pork schnitzel as delicious, better than the veal, but if you like extra thin, he veal is for you. The pork knuckle was cooked to perfection with tender fall apart delicious meat. The skin was crispy thin and shatteringly good pork skin. The goat cheese salad was also very nice and quite large. Definitely returning."

The 2 taco special is a perfect way to get acquainted with the mouth watering craft gourmet tacos. Ask for a salsa sampler...trust me on this. Always a busy place here, clean, cramped parking but worth it! Be sure to ask for a stamp card, you'll be glad you did as you'll see your return visits here are frequent. You will not see tacos the same after you try this hidden gem out!"
