"Food was great, people were nice, beer was ever flowing. This place is the cats meow. The ONLY draw back is the wait. This place is basically Ishnala on Fridays. We got to the restaurant promptly at 445pm but apparently that was too late as the wait was 2 hours long. We had a party of 6 originally, but due to the wait, 4 folks decided to go elsewhere. My partner and I stuck it out (which was still a 2 hour way) and boy was it worth it. During the wait we had 2 drinks served by excellent bartenders and played darts at the 'arcade ' area around the corner. Time went by fast and we were called to our table. We were sat in a wooden booth that has definitely been around for a while given it 's size and wear. The server came over promptly and we ordered the munster cheese curds, a friday fish fry, and the Rahmschnitzel. The curds were delivered shortly along with fresh popovers which were DIVINE. Could be because were so hungry, but honestly, I think they were just amazing. Piping hot, melty, and delicious. Our Entrees were equally good. I judge my fish fry on fish, coleslaw, and tartar sauce and each of these pieces were fantastic. Fish was not fishy, breading was crisp with moist fish on the inside. Coleslaw was creamy with a hint of vinegar/acid, and the tar tar sauce was classic. The Rahmschnitzel was also crispy, the spatzle was perfectly chewy, and overall just was a dang good meal. Once more, the only thing about this place that is a tough sell is the wait and the fact that they do NOT take reservations on Friday. Otherwise, the cute ambiance (very german), service, and food is definitely worth it. Happy Friday Fish Frys."

"The menu has no descriptions, so you're ordering blind and when asked, the staff didn't even know what was on their chicken sandwich. So when I received it with a thick spread of some kind of dill spread, I sent it back. When the second sandwich came out and was over fried, it seemed like the kitchen took it personally. "We had deep fried mushrooms, and a Large Pan Style Deluxe pizza. Pizza was very good. Excellent crust and fresh toppings with large pieces of sausage. Mushrooms were also excellent. Are server was very friendly and attentive. Will definitely return again. Thank you for the great meal."

"Went for brunch, and it was marvelous! One of the best brunches I 've had a quite some time. Went with the Belly Benedict and it was incredibly delicious! While it is a brewery, I opted for the bottomless mimosas, which they kept filled (yay!! . Very much looking forward to go again and try items from the 'regular ' menu.Been back several times, and never been disappointed. The staff are so friendly, the food is excellent, and the beers are delicious."
