The town of Sault is in a picturesque part of Provence. We stopped for lunch yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We ordered a goat cheese tart as an appetizer and I had ordered a main course. When the tart arrived it was huge with lots of salad. I asked the waiter if I could cancel the main course and had no problem at all. They were very kind and the food was delicious. Great food. Horrible service. We ordered the set menu, all four of us. We then sat waiting for 40 minutes. When I finally had enough and asked what the delay was, I was told the hamburger was taking the longest. Seriously? The meal arrived and it was good. I mean how could it not be, we were starving!
