We stayed for 4 nights. The first night we decided to eat in the Brasserie. I’m glad we didn’t read the reviews before booking. The restaurant is much better than the reviews. As the restaurant was fully booked I guess others shared my opinion. Attentive service, good menu and wine list. The restaurant also offers the possibility to sit outside and eat in nice weather.

What AlMel27 doesn't like about The Brasserie:
Some of the dishes were delicious and beautifully presented as shown by my photos, others were disappointing; one in particular, the tiny piece of pork belly, which I suspect had been cooked ‘sous vide’, but not crisped up, as the fat had not been rendered.
