Bestellung a) Dorsch mit Kartoffelsalat und b)Scholle FinkenwerderBeide Gerichte sahen sehr blass aus (erinnerte an die Krankenhausküche). Der Speck auf der Scholle war nicht gebraten sondern höchstens an der Pfanne vorbeigereicht. Das Rezept für die Scholle Finkenwerder Art werde ich dem Restaurant zu Weihnachten überreichen. read more.
