Pizza Hut - Schenectady

I was very pleased with my meal from this restaurant. The pizza was piping hot and the Honey BBQ wings were delicious. Surprisingly, my order arrived earlier than expected. The delivery person went above and beyond by placing my wing order in a separate bag to ensure they stayed secure. I was truly impressed by their excellent customer service.

I consistently crave Pizza Hut's original pan pizza because it is so delicious. This restaurant always has my takeout ready on time, hot, and fresh.

The portion sizes of the melts are much smaller than advertised and resemble a quesadilla from Taco Bell. Additionally, I was not satisfied with the service.

I placed an online order and it was marked as delivered, but when I called the restaurant, the employee was rude and insisted that I had to come in person to receive a refund. This was a disappointing experience and a waste of both time and money.

I ordered a pan pizza but was served a hand-tossed crust instead. This has happened three out of four times.
