What Walter Walthers likes about City Market:
The brisket is delicious. Best sausage I’ve ever had in my life. My dad used to bring the sausage home every time he was near Schulenburg. I’ve had some pretty delicious sausage in my time, but none of them can top the City Market. View all feedback.
What Carmel M doesn't like about City Market:
We stopped by on the way between Houston and San Antonio for a quick lunch. Chopped beef sandwich had a stale bun, meat had no seasoning or sauce. Potato salad was interesting, but not great. BBQ beans were ranch style straight from the can. Plasticware was loose in a can with no cover or wrapping. Prepared food is not at all recommended, but the meat market looked promising.
