I popped in here in the hope that I could get a meal and was delighted that they were able to accommodate me. The menu was good and I struggled to choose. I opted for lasagne which was delicious. I decided to push the boat out as it was my last night on the Borders Abbey Way and enjoyed a pudding. It was a tough decision between Lemon Roulade and Raspberry Pavlova. I really hate to do this but honestly I didn 't know restaurants like this still existed. We felt unwelcome from the moment we opened the door. Nothing made sense, there was a fifties playlist on and guys and dolls denotes the toilets (incidentally, avoid them) but the theme didn 't seem followed through.
