the service was very slow and had to ask for drinks several times. plates were hot boiled until the waiter told us we could take one as it was too hot to pass him .. the personal was “obtained”. we can't fail to eat that it is delicious and worth waiting! I think they have clearly personal problems that are a problem for all companies and not for their fault. overall was a good night!l we had a good night! View all feedback.

disappoint. overpriced. the cost of most main courses were over £10, and did not taste like something special. the waiters were rude when my wife asked if we had the Raita court from the starter for our main, the server just said no. the toilets were stinking and dirty. View all feedback.
If they like to eat meat, which is not what it seems to be on many species and rude service, then go to this restaurant. my chicken court was actually truthful that they totally disproved and we are pretty insane about it. how many chickens have they ever eaten that have a granular texture outside and when pressed with a fork was so hard and in long, thin, dry stretches that are so characteristic for truthahn? it also had this distinctive dirty taste that has dry truthahn. so it was truthahn! I had eaten here with little weight (only the price is a bit much) and I know the difference between huh and truthahn, thank you! I also discovered that they only serve...read more

Food was very poor and overpriced , very disappointed
Sneaky overpring for very average food. When we ordered soft drinks, we expected standard bottles or cans were given pints of cola and lemonade and charged £5.50 for each. one starter, one main course, single naan, a japati, popodams and rice came to £64. On paying the bill an extra 10% service charge was added when I questioned this and asked where on the menu it said this I was told this is standard. !!!! I was then told cash only as card machine not working. probably don 't like paying merchant fees) I said I don 't have cash and suddenly card machine was working again. Would never go back again as I felt totally ripped off.
I’ve been here previously when visiting the area so thought I’d stop again. Didn’t need to book as it was a week night and quiet. We were one of two couples. Menus given and drinks order taken. We asked for diet cokes and were surprised to receive pints of coke mmmm £4.90 each. We would have been happy with half pints but weren’t given that option. The popadoms and pickle tray was lacking the mint sauce pot. Only three pots: onions, chutney and pickle. We don’t eat the pickle so wasted on us and that left us with some runny chutney and onions that looked old. On to mains. The chicken tikka main was about 5 cubes of chicken for about £16 on a sizzler plate. The Rougan Josh was bland and the texture was bity. Just not great all round. The male toilets are downstairs and are not pleasant compared to most restaurants and don’t touch the hand rail on the way down as it’s sticky and not clean.
