Mcdonald's - Scotts Valley

Ordered my food with the App ahead of time. Food was ready when I arrived. The staff did a great job toasting the muffin. Other locations under toast it and Scotts Valley location made it perfectly. It was hot and cheese was melting. Exactly how its supposed to be. ?????? View all feedback.

What Derek Schultz doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Very rude customer service we were standing at the counter to get our order taken. No one acknowledged that we were there for at least 5 minutes and then we asked if anyone was going to help us and they said oh use the kiosk. Multiple people had walked by us and even made eye contact but just ignored us. This company is going down the tubes. They keep hiring people that are very rude and unprofessional.The worst part...
