What User likes about Francine:
Food was delicious, waiters were nice and helpful, the place looks nice but it was too noisy and hectic, probably because it was Friday night! Would like to give it another try for brunch, or during the week View all feedback.

The food came 1.5 hours late. Bartender served us false drinks and it took to the king to get his attention to let him know so that we just drank them. Our table was only 30 minutes after our reservation (we arrived on time). My men's food was freezing, server didn't even ask how the food was.
