This is our first time making it in. We came in this morning for the beignets and Coffee. Absolutely Delicious!! This little hidden Gem looks to stay busy even with shorter 'Breakfast Hours '. The Caramel Frappuccino with an added shot of espresso and added vanilla was Absolutely Delicious!! View all feedback.

Very beautiful location right on the water, but unfortunately the food wasn’t great. Ordered a steak breakfast burrito and iced matcha and ended up not being able to finish either. The muffins were very good though, but I don’t believe they are made in house. View all feedback.
Great coffee, super fresh and really good food/pastries. Also, if you’re looking for a water view or a place open early this is it! Highly recommend.
