"My wife and I pulled in behind 1 car there were employees walking around the parking lot talking, we waited 10 minutes for cold and greasy food the chicken nuggets were drenched in oil. There was no problem service the only problem was food quality and seeing employees walk around in the parking lot while we wait for cold food was pretty upsetting. The picture is a bag with a box of chicken nuggets."

"My family and I stopped in late on New Years Eve for a family road trip The employee who took our order seemed nice . Once we got to the drive thru window we were greeted with a warm greeting. However, we had 3 different orders and they threw it all into one bag instead of separating it. Leaving us to discifer between what was what. To our dismay some items were left out of our order and some were incorrectly prepared. That really was such of an inconvenience to us. When we made the employees aware of our concerns they did assist us to fix the issues but in a very nonchalant way. Customers shouldn't be treated so nonchalantly. Customer service at this establishment needs improvement asap. An apology would have been nice to"

"Had a really nice and delicious meal, the Risotto was perfect. Went during her happy hour (which is basically all day on the weekdays) and this made the beverage prices very reasonable. The food was high quality food, so the prices were what I expected for fine food, they put effort into quality and coating. Very pleasant time overall."
