"Had lunch there 2 June, with three other friends. We didn’t know what to expect but am always willing to try new things and we were not disappointed. The portions were large, the food great, and the managers and workers were great. They were pleasurable and helpful in what to pick. With all of the seating being taken and their air conditioner out they grabbed a table and chairs and put it outside for us to sit. It was a nice area, shaded and cool. Thanks Jenny and team!!!"

"Good food but SLOW service! Waited 10 minutes to place order and then 20 minutes for food. This place won't make it if they don't speed things up or hire more people. Also the order taker needed a personality check she was rude"

"Great Japanese grill. Asuka is the best Japanese I've had in Lexington.<br/ <br/ It features the standard setup of a hibachi/sushi place you can either set at a table and order off the menu or sit at the grill.<br/ <br/ My wife and I are never really interested in watching the food being cooked or sitting at a large table with strangers, so we always opt for the table. <br/ <br/ I loved that the menu had a large variety of grilled meat combinations you could choose from steak, chicken, scallops, and shrimp, which were cooked on the grill and brought to your table, with either garlic or teriyaki sauce. I had the teriyaki but in the future will probably get garlic the portions were large and the teriyaki is a bit sweet for a large dinner entree. <br/ <br/ They also serve soup and salad with everything, including the sushi rolls, unlike other places I've been where the come separate. <br/ <br/ I had the gyoza, chicken and shrimp, and a lychee martini all of which were great, especially the shrimp which were firm and flavorful, unlike some places where the shrimp doesn't taste like much of anything.<br/ <br/ Definitely a place I'll be back to, but I would consider ordering less than usual as the entrees are large."

"I was curious how a golden coral is still open in lexington. we actually drove to another place to eat when we drove past. big u turn (safe) and we just stopped for the case that was last time lol. peak dinner time and personal did a good work to keep everything on camp."

"The Hushpuppy Poutine is a must. It's wonderful. For dinner I got the Voodoo chicken and could not have been happier with my decision. Wish I had a second stomach so I could enjoy it 4-5 helpings of it. Lovely place with a little outside seating area as well. Priced really well too. Can't wait to go back and try something else."
