Beautiful interior facing the ocean and Galveston pleasure pier. Relaxed vibes. They also offer a wide range of child-friendly dishes. All we have tried over the years is excellent!"

"We dropped by looking for something fresh that we don’t get back home. We left with some blue crab and whole jumbo shrimp! The service was amazing! They are very informative and as they say “cash is king.” I suggest bringing cash to make the best deal. We had a shrimp and crab boil with what we purchased and the quality of the seafood was out of this world! I highly recommend this market to anyone!"

"I visited Katie’s for leisure and enjoyed every bit of the chicken po boy. They serve a variety of dishes. Including fresh caught not older than 3 days seafood. The food was FRESH! My meal was big enough to feed 3 people!Also tried the Mexican corn on the cob! Enjoyed every second of it!!"

"Great customer service, great food! I got the grilled plate and it had great taste with the perfect amount of spices. From all places I ate in Galveston, this was the cheapest being on a budget with the best food. And it's right on the sea wall! I definitely go back!"

"We visited the menu on the line, but found that the menu was reduced and the dishes we came for were not available. We had a reservation of 5:30 and we were filled the second table, but we were told that the special was sold out and two of the five designs beers on the beverage card were not available. Our server was embarrassing and we can't keep him responsible, but it almost got weird. After we found a redfish. We said it was a red snapper and later that it was actually salmon. I guess it's all red, right?"

"Some of the best seafood I have ever had. Started with the cheesy garlic bread appetizer and it was great. The snapper and shrimp cooked in cornmeal batter was simply outstanding! The side of lobster mac and cheese holy cow! And the hush puppies simply divine!! The crab cake platter was unlike any other and was devoured by our table. Sadly no room for desert. Great service from Kristin. Wonderful local restaurant that catches everything fresh and is prepped at their own seafood market next door. A must stop if you are in the area. Make a reservation place was packed!"
