Bill Hart can be a surly SOB, but I love him for it. He makes the best pies, cheesecake, etc. in Seattle.. by a long shot. Hours are unpredictable, and customer...

I super dig this little place! Coworkers loved the mini pies and tarts. Totally worth the price. And Mr. Hart is pretty cool, so that's bonus :
