My husband and I were sitting at the Seattle airport with spare time so we decided to try Nikos. We were very impressed with the quality and service. We both tried Philly gyro. I have gone here a lot over the past couple years. The salmon gyro always tastes very metallic. the roast lamb gyro is a hit or miss. I think it depends on who is cooking. But the last time I got the lamb gyro there were chucks of chewy meat very thick strings of fat, that couldn’t be swallowed was so off putting that I don’t think I will ever go back.The size of the gyros has gotten smaller, the quality of the food...
