Niko's Gyros Beacon Hill - Feedback

What User doesn't like about Niko's Gyros Beacon Hill:
I have gone here a lot over the past couple years. The salmon gyro always tastes very metallic. the roast lamb gyro is a hit or miss. I think it depends on who is cooking. But the last time I got the lamb gyro there were chucks of chewy meat very thick strings of fat, that couldn’t be swallowed was so off putting that I don’t think I will ever go back.The size of the gyros has gotten smaller, the quality of the food... My husband and I were sitting at the Seattle airport with spare time so we decided to try Nikos. We were very impressed with the quality and service. We both tried Philly gyro. It was wonderful and very flavorful. The food came out quickly and Niko was very attentive and patient with my questions. He was very kind and even surprised us with a treat.
