Staying at Westhill Farm caravan park we found the Crown via TA. At less than two miles away we walked over for Sunday lunch. This Marston's house is a typical small village local pub. Roughly 30+ covers in a function room next to the bar, the carvery was serving pork or beef with trimmings and a selection of four vegetables. We went for the fish chip night, but on arrival were told there was only enough fish left for 3 people, there were 4 of us. It was only 6pm!! I was offered the Sri Lanka. With no other choice, I had that.I wasn't offered the Sri Lanka starter. Others just sat there whilst it was brought out to them.
