This restaurant is always a favorite of ours. The entire family really enjoys the milkshakes they make here, and they've proven to be a classic over the years. However, I do wish they would offer a few more non-chocolate milkshake options. Currently, it seems like the choices are limited to skittles, marshmallow, and vimto. The place was completely empty, even though it was mid-afternoon on a Saturday. When we walked in, we found two staff members just sitting there on their phones. One of them didn’t even acknowledge our presence, and the other only offered a dull "hi" without any enthusiasm. A small smile would have been nice.
