Writing this review to share the horrible and traumatic experience our friends encountered with this hotel. All of their items were taken, including passports and important documents, mind you, even shoes and instant food! They were asleep in their room when it happened, might have been tampered with substance that will make them sleep deeper. I do not know what the property management do but it's horrible. Issue 1. Passenger lifts there are 4 lifts but very poorly maintained and for the past 2 weeks 2 are out of order. 2. There are no service lifts but all equipments for cleaning or maintenance are using the same passenger lifts. 3. Although 2 lifts are working, it's still not in a good condition.
