"What a find! We normally travel into Avallon or one of the other nearby bigger towns but Icim'aime is very close to our home, and we will definitely go back. The welcome was warm and we were shown to a table in the modern restaurant....We all ate off one of the set menus. There was a choice of two starters, two mains and two desserts, as there was a board with suggestions of the day we were able to choose off that also. A plate of delicious amuse bouche was put on the table whilst we made our choices, it was obvious from the moment it was put on the table we were in for a treat. All the dishes were beautifully presented, worthy of a Michelin star, tasty and great ingredients. The highlight was a dessert of apple tart like I've never seen before! The work that had gone into the presentation, taste etc was extraordinary. The service was attentive but not intrusive and very pleasant. A very nice, not overpriced, bottle of wine, excellent food, lovely service made this an evening that was perfect. We will definitely be returning."

"Petit restaurant asiatique de la bourgade de Buffon implanté depuis déjà quelques années. Il proposait une très bonne cuisine asiatique mais a du s’aligner sur ce qui est proposé à quelque km c'est à dire un buffet à volonté. Cette petite transformation n'a pas été gage de perte de qualité. La Cuisine est toujours aussi bonne et la patronne toujours aussi souriante ! A faire en famille ou entre amis !!!"

"Terrible experience. The food was good enough, but our server (an older gentleman) was not very kind and had no patience with us. He seemed annoyed every time we talked to him. Yes, we are Americans that do not speak French, but we’re very nice people and we use google translate so that we can try our best to speak the language as well as we can. Everyone else in every restaurant/shop/cafe has been lovely so far, but the people in this restaurant obviously don’t like to be around others that are not like them, so I would waste your time coming here if you’re not a local."
