This bistrot is an absolute gem! The location is unbeatable: in the heart of Val Fiscalina, you sit on a beautiful terrace with only the mountains in front of you. The view is so beautiful, you want to pinch yourself to make sure it is real! The food is also lovely: all local specialties and very well made. a surprise not too pleasant. we are habitual, I admit, but we like to find every winter the same wonderful peaks, and eat like a rite in the same restaurant finding the same people, now they become old friends. Today, when we arrived in the tax valley, we found the hotel disembarked to non-residents, and bar and restaurant transferred to a new structure, very modern and well inserted in the landscape, but very cold....
