We were staying at the Hotel from 8th 10th September as a special surprise for my Wife who has Motor Neurone Disease. I decided to surprise her with an Afternoon Tea. It was really delicious and we sharedc1 between the 2 of us as Jean struggles to eat large amounts. The sandwiches and other dishes at this restaurant were of very poor quality. Our tea was served in cups without saucers, and the staff seemed reluctant to provide one when asked. The employees lacked knowledge about the products and were not attentive to the needs of the customers. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. View all feedback.
