"A favorite restaurant in the area. Service is attentive. Staff goes above and beyond to please. Had Octopus, a salad special and fish of the day-Branzino, perfectly prepared and deboned with shell fish in a delicious subtle sauce."

"Poorly run, sorry excuse of an Italian restaurant. Called and placed an order for calamari and two calzones. I asked if they had fresh basil to put in one calzone, because what authentic Italian restaurant wouldn’t. They said they did. I get a call back about 15 minutes later and they said they don’t have fresh basil, only dried and asked if this was ok. I said no, and was told they had spinach. Not the same, but ok. I get another call about a minute later saying the calzones were almost done and it was cheese. Apparently they decided to cook a plain cheese before ever talking to me. I was asked if this would be ok for this time, and I responded this would probably be the last time anyway (first time also). Apparently it’s too difficult for this place to make something correct and are fine with being mediocre at best. Then I get home with the food. The calamari obviously comes frozen from a bag and then just fried. You know, the rubber band calamari that was everywhere 30 years ago. I don’t remember the last time I didn’t have freshly made calamari. Then come the calzones. All bread about 4 inches in from each side, the stuffed with plane mozzarella and ricotta, not seasoned. To pay $40 for that trash is ridiculous. I really have no idea who runs this place or who the “chef” is, but they should be embarrassed. There are plenty places in this area that have good authentic Italian food, but this place isn’t one of them. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from here.
