The 10oz cheese burger was bacon infused, big and juicy. Bun was great. One of the best burgers in Bakersfield. They give you a bucket of fries and a choice of one side. What Ryley Renner doesn't like about Dad's -b-que Catering:
2 years i gave this place a 5 star and it was just amazing the brisket had a really nice bark to it and the meat would mush in your fingers of how tender it was. Now its dry and fast cooked the owner sold this place to people who have zero idea about the BBQ business sorry guys but ill never stop here again and i have to take the other 4 stars back. Maybe in a couple yrs if its still open ill stop and check why maybe these people re-sell it !.
