Wife and I were in Shakopee the weekend. Here for lunch. Could stay for dinner. The food was excellent. The server was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The seafood and mushroom soup is amazing. However, it included white tuna , which I was not familiar with. Apparently it is actually a type of fish called escolar, which contains indigestible fats which cause a condition called keriorrhea.
