We love the lunch specials Monday through Saturday. Good country cooking. Can't afford the dinner menu but lunch is priced well. Wish we could order lunch specials at dinner time. We would surely eat out more. View all feedback.
What April E doesn't like about Chance's Steak And Sea:
Wings undercooked, tiny oysters. Order a filet medium rare came out well, husband had Blackbeard ribeye ordered medium came out well done. Sides were ok not the greatest. Waitress was great. Very over priced food and will not be back. View all feedback.
My family came in from out of town, this was the 1st place I wanted to take them. The food was great! I ordered wings and the brisket- loved every bit! The brisket was very flavorful and tender, with the perfect amount of sauce drizzled over it, and youcould taste the smokiness through the nicely charred outer layer. Our server was nice as well. The food was so good I wassurprised that this place wasn't busy
Chance has a nice look to it. Great vibe with the outcdoor seating and the garage door wall they often pull up on nice day. The menu has a nice spread of options. The appetizers were amazing the entrees not so much in my option. I'll be giving it anothertry to see if I just picked an item that wasn't there specialty because every peice of meat I tried was dry and over cooked.
Had not heard good things about Chance's Steak and Seafood from some friends. However, we had family in and didn't want to cook. They wanted to try some place we hadn't been to before to experience it together. We found that you just can't trust yourfriends when eats are involved. The food was very diverse and they had much to offer. The brisket was tender and very good.Portions are adequate and the calamari was awesome. We'll probably be back as the service was as accommodating as the menu.
Got the Blackbeard sirloin (medium cooked) was not disappointed by the flavor and the overall tenderness of the steak Family of 5 (2 of them from the kids menu) we spent about $150 (not including tip) with 2 shareable appetizers and a order of crab legs
Best loaded potato skins we 've ever had. Filled with pulled pork, fried onion petals, and drizzled with a sweet/tangy BBQ sauce. They had us saying Wow . The food was pricey, but in our opinion, it was worth every penny. Service was fast, our waitress wasvery friendly and staff was attentative. Even the manager/owner stopped by our table. We tried the pitmaster trio (pulled pork, brisket, and ribs . The meat was delicious and tender but the pulled pork lacked sauce. We come from Lexington tho where thesauce is always smothering the meat. The fried shrimp and flounder combo was good. Only one piece of flounder but the shrimp wasbig and plump. If you 've got extra cash and want a nice place to eat, I definitely recommend. Also live music and karaoke somenights. : and one helluva wisky/bourbon menu. Enjoy!
