Worst experience at New York Fries EVER. Stood out front waiting for service for 5 minutes and then walked over and took a video of the staff laughing and talking, then she came out and treated me and the other waiting guests like we were the rude ones interrupting them. NO smiles, NO greeting at any point. Go to another location of you value service. View all feedback.
Very poor customer service. They act as if they are doing you a favour. Many other options are available in the area. Won’t be coming back.
NYF has the best fries and gravy.
