I purchased these amazing looking large sea scallops. I am an expert at cooking scallops, and when I went to cook them I thought how strange they were not cooking normal. Scallops only need if done properly 2 minutes each side. These were not cooking. Then when I tasted them I knew they WERE NOT Scallops. There was not that distinctive sweet flavor.
