Wait time and pizza were great! I wish the customer service was better. This is the first time I ordered from this Sarpino’s for pickup. The other locations I order from most frequently the inside is closed and you have to call to pick up and have them bring it out. I called and Mary picked up and said she’d bring the food out to my car. As soon as she gets out she hands me my box and says “you’re supposed to come inside” before I could get an “I’m sorry” out of my mouth she had already walked away from my car. I wish she would’ve told me over the phone and I would’ve come inside not sure why the attitude. Also I noticed carry out is on their website so I’m not sure what the issue exactly is.

Seems to me that the quality of the pizza has decreased over the past few years. Thinner and greasier each time I order. Losing that gourmet touch...

The jalapeño popper pizza was fire! Not to spicy, great flavor and the crsut was soft and crunchy. Definitely will be getting again.
