What Lucy K doesn't like about The Crown And Glove:
Staff were lovely, very attentive and nice. Food was not so good, we got there at 1pm so pretty early in the day for a Sunday lunch, everything that came on the plate was cold and tasteless, no seasoning at all. We paid £4.50 for 3 pigs in blankets that were processed frozen sausages wrapped in burnt bacon. All Yorkshire puddings were burnt black and inedible. The gravy was watery and tasteless. Lovely friendly pub, excellent choice and quality of the food. Meals are all freshly cooked and tasty. We will be back
