We had heard and read good things about 18 Bay's cuisine, so it had to meet a high bar. It did, cleared the bar with ease. The food was excellent. The wine pairings very good. My only complaints would be the noise level and a feeling of being rushed, even though we were there for almost two hours. I think it goes with the territory of the limited choice menu, no surprises and everything is set to go in the kitchen.
