Wine is good, staff was not really interested in being pleasant and informative. I felt like they were rushing us out of the place. I've owned my own business for 33 years and understand what good customer service looks like .... I didn't experience itwith this place. "My mother and I went here the week they opened the room for ramen/poke/sushi in late March 2019. The man waiting on us had an incredible passion for what they are doing! Unfortunately he was so excited, he forgot to put in my order so that mom was done way before mine arrived. The food is amazingly fresh and of superior quality. Be aware, Japanese love fatty pork, the chewier and fattier, the better. Mom had the pork ramen and liked it, except for the pork belly. I had the spicy ginger chicken signature bowl. It was good, but the spiciness really had an a cumulative effect so my mouth was burning by the time I was done. This restaurant space has a gorgeous design, too!"
