Anejo Cantina Grill - Sherman Oaks

I had made a reservation for 7:30p I come to 7:20p to check to say that my reservation will not be taken because their system is down, although I have my appointment reservation from my phone. this was for my men birthday and it was very rude not to even accommodate us with a reservation before day. had to wait half an hour to sit. the waiter never came to ask if we need anything, and the check in woman told us we had only 1 1/2 hours on our table to be low customer service.

They do not take reservations about the open table. I showed up and they had no openings for about an hour - big disappointment.

Our waiter was wonderful. very attentive, knowledgeable and helpful! good eating, solid drinks and a beautiful, casual atmosphere in the free.

The food service was great, but the live music was too loud and conflicting/ spoiled more melow music that plays over terrace speakers. plus too much preservative/MSG used for chopped tomato and salat.

It was our first time here so we were surprised to see that they had happy hour on Saturday afternoon. We ordered the tacos; fish and salmon, and they were really good. We spent 4 hours talking, eating and drinking and the waiters served us with no urgency to leave. The food was good, the service was good and the atmosphere was great as well.
